CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
• If you are not completely satisfied or happy with your purchase, we welcome refund within a 10-day of purchase excluding shipping fee if any
• Item must return in original condition including original gift box, if any.
• Item that has been worn, damaged and/or altered will NOT be refunded.
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges of the returning item.
• It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service to send back your package to avoid long shipping times and to ensure your package reaches us safely.
Please allow up to 6 working days for us to process your returned item.
POSTAGE AND PAYMENT POLICY
• We process orders in the order they are received. We always try to ship orders within 5 business days. However, depending on how busy we are, this is not always possible. Please note that our office is closed on the weekends and we do not process any orders on Saturday or Sunday. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details and your expected delivery date.
• International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties/custom charges associated with shipping to their respective countries.
• We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to Postal Services, Holiday Delays, Customs Duty and/or Import Fees.
